HILTON HEAD, SC - The Roanoke College men's tennis team fell in the final match of their spring break trip, 6-3 to Elizabethtown College. The Maroons now have a record of 4-3, while the Blue Jays are 1-0.

Matt Kessler and James Lee earned a victory in #1 doubles action, defeating John Riehl and Eric Fritzges, 8-5. The maroons fell in the #2 and #3 doubles position, with Lewis Young and Ian Webster coming close to winning at #3, 8-6.

James Lee continues to win in the #2 singles spot for the Maroons, defeating Fritzges 6-1; 6-4. Also picking up a singles victory was Ian Webster, who defeated Michael Cannon 6-2; 6-2. Kessler pushed Riehl to the limit in the first set in #1 singles, but fell in two sets, 7-5; 6-3.

The Maroons return to action on Friday, March 15^th as they take on Shenandoah University in Old Dominion Athletic Conference action. That contest is scheduled for a 2:30 start.
