The Lead: Roanoke College won three events and set four school records as the Maroons placed fifth overall at the conference indoor championship at Cregger Fieldhouse.

Men's Highlights:

  • Lynchburg won the team championship with 169 points. Bridgewater came in second (98 points), followed by Washington and Lee (95.5), Virginia Wesleyan (66), and the Maroons (64.5). Shenandoah was the sixth-place finisher with 61 points.
  • Brady Fowler took first in the 60m with a program-record time of 6.84 seconds.
  • Samuel Crawford won the 400m in a school-record 49.63 seconds, while Lorenzo Camobreco came in fifth at 50.38.
  • The 4x400 relay team of Brandon Heffinger, Camobreco, Fowler, and Crawford also finished first and set a new program standard with a time of 3:24.24.
  • Crawford was the runner-up in the 200m in 22.10 seconds, another school record, while Fowler earned a fifth-place finish (22.31).
  • Cody Roupe tied for fourth in the high jump at 1.93m.
  • The distance medley relay team of Xavier Chlebowski, Cameron McDonald, RJ Birdsall, and Tim Hoffstaetter placed sixth at 11:12.27.
  • In the pole vault, Miles Enstrom produced a sixth-place finish at 3.75m, and Dominic McCombs came in seventh.
  • Dylan Knick finished seventh in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.16 seconds.
  • Birdsall took the seventh spot in the 800m in 1:58.50.
