Salem, Va. – Roanoke College's Kristina Harrel has been named Third-Team All-ODAC as the league announced its yearly women's basketball awards on Wednesday afternoon.

A junior from Clinton, N.J., Harrel earns her first all-conference accolade following a junior season in which she is currently leading the Maroons in scoring with 11.3 points-per-game. Her 49.2 shooting percentage ranks sixth in the league as she has connected on 93-of-189 shots on the year. Harrel's 78.4% mark from the free-throw line is seventh highest in the league, while her 87 made attempts from the line is fifth-best in the ODAC. For the seasons he has scored 282 points, grabbed 86 rebounds and dished out 50 assists. Harrel also has 32 steals on the defensive end of the court.

Roanoke opens up ODAC Quarterfinal action on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. when it faces Bridgewater at the Salem Civic Center.
