The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) released their 2022 Women's Lacrosse awards on Wednesday afternoon. Roanoke College would place eight on the three all-conference teams as well as claim the Offensive Player of the Year and the Scholar Athlete of the Year. In addition to being named 1st team All ODAC, senior Lilly Blair was named the Offensive Player of the Year as well as the ODAC Scholar Athlete of the Year for women's lacrosse. Joining Blair on the 1st team were Emerson Foster and Addison SchmidtLibby BowmanSydney HarrisonNatalie Mason, and Kyleigh Chickering were named to the 2nd team while Claire Eisenhart made the 3rd team.

Blair, a third team selection in 2019 and a first teamer last year, led the conference with 66 goals while finishing second in total points with 83. The senior added 31 ground balls, 21 caused turnovers, and secured 45 draw controls. The Salem native was a 2020 Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) All State 1st team selection as well as being named 1st team All Region by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association IWLCA. Academically, Blair is a triple major (Mathematics, Economics, and Actuarial Science) with a 4.00 grade point average.

Foster joined her fellow senior as a first team selection in 2022. The midfielder was also named to the 1st team in 2019 and again in 2021. Foster finished the season with 23 goals, three assists, 17 ground balls, and 41 draw controls. The 2021 IWLCA All Region selection was also named to the VaSID All State team one season ago.

Schmidt earned 1st team honors in just her first season with the Maroons. The junior transfer came to Salem and helped to anchor a defense that gave up just 7.24 goals per game while causing 192 turnovers, both second best in the ODAC. The speedy defender caused a team high 31 turnovers while picking up 30 ground balls. Offensively, Schmidt added a goal and four assists.

Another transfer to the Roanoke program, Bowman was named to the 2nd team on attack. The sophomore registered 27 goals and three assists while starting just three games for the Maroons. For her work during the week of April 4-10, Bowman was named the ODAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week.

Harrison, a freshman midfielder, was named to the All ODAC 2nd team. During her first collegiate season, Harrison had 19 goals and nine helpers on just 33 shots on goal. She picked up 21 ground balls and 25 draw controls. 

For the second consecutive season, Mason was named as a defender on the all conference 2nd team. The sophomore was once again a stalwart in the middle of the Roanoke defense, finishing second on the team with 36 ground balls and 30 caused turnovers. Natalie was a perfect 1-1 on shots this season and contributed a pair of assists.

In her first season as the starting goalie, Chickering was second in the ODAC with an 8.18 goals against average while recording 105 saves. Her 11 wins were tied for second in the league and she finished third on the team with 35 ground balls.

Eisenhart returns to the All ODAC teams after being named all-conference in 2021. The senior, two-sport star, was tops on the team by picking up 42 ground balls. Eisenhart caused 25 turnovers and helped the Maroons to 245 clears on the season.
