Roanoke College senior  Nathalie Torres has been named Second-Team All-State by Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID). This is the latest honor for Torres was also named Second-Team All-Region and Second-Team All-ODAC.

Torres started all 21 matches for RC, registering a goal and an assist on the season. Torres was a key ingredient to a Maroon defense that allowed just 0.67 goals per game which was second-best in the ODAC.

Torres also earned All-Tournament Honors following the ODAC Championship. Torres helped RC become the first sixth-seed to advance to the ODAC Championship game since the league adopted the eight-team format in 1991.
The Maroons are the first team in league history to face each of the three top-seeds in the tournament, earning results against each. RC beat No. 2 Shenandoah and tied No. 3 Washington and Lee and No. 1 Lynchburg.
