How it Happened
- After a scoreless first-half that saw Greensboro outshoot RC 3-1, the Maroons came out in the second-half and got the only goal they would need when Hailey Davis was set up by Schad for a strike in the 50th minute to make it 1-0.
- The score would stay that way until the 86th minute when Schad sealed the win with a unassisted strike to make it 2-0.
- Chris Martin earned the shutout for Roanok, making three saves.
- Roanoke outshot The Pride 9-4 and had all six of the corner kicks on the day.
