The Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) released the Women's Soccer All State squads on Thursday afternoon. When the teams were announced, a trio of Maroons were honored by the organization. Erin Flamm, Lucy Perryand Eliza Ryan were named to the two teams after each earned All Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) designation last month.

Flamm earned a spot on the All State 1st team as a defender after being named 1st team All ODAC for the first time during her three seasons in Salem. Flamm helped to anchor a Roanoke defense that gave up just eight goals, tied for 4th best in the conference. The Maroon's .71 goals against per game was 3rd in the ODAC.

Perry, a senior midfielder, earned second team honors for again after being named to the team in 2019. Perry earned All ODAC status for the fourth time during her career, named to the 2nd team this season. The midfielder finished the season with two goals and three assists, including a game winning penalty shot in a 1-0 win at Randolph-Macon.

Ryan was named as a defender on the All State 2nd team. For the second consecutive season, the sophomore was named 2nd team All ODAC. This season, Ryan became more of an offensive minded defender and in addition to helping the Roanoke defense, Ryan scored four goals and handed out one assist, ranking fourth in the conference in goals scored.
