The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced their annual all conference awards for women's soccer on Thursday afternoon. Four Roanoke players were named All ODAC this season. Morgan O'Neill and Eliza Ryan earned the honor for the second straight season and were joined by Mia Clary and Emma Woods as all conference selections.

O'Neill, the 2020 ODAC Rookie of the Year, moves from the 3rd team last year up to the 2nd team for 2021. The forward led Roanoke in scoring and her 10 goals ranked 4th in the conference while her 20 total points ranked in the top 5. O'Neill scored her 10 goals with just 20 shots on goal with three of her scores being game winning goals.

Clary was named to the 3rd team as a defender, the first All ODAC selection of her career. The junior played in and started all 17 games this season for the Maroons and helped the defense in allowing just 24 goals for the year. The Maroon's top eight defense allowed just 1.39 goals per game during 2021.

Ryan was named all conference for the third consecutive season. After earning 2nd team honors in each of her first two seasons, the junior was a member of the 3rd team in 2021. Ryan split time between the midfield and the back line, assisting on four scores and serving as the  primary trigger for a majority of RC's throw ins. Ryan joined Clary as two of only three Maroons to play and start all 17 matches.

Woods rounds out the trio of Roanoke 3rd teamers for 2021. This is the first all conference selection for the senior midfielder and back. Woods scored one goal and tied for team high honors with four assists while serving as one of the Maroon's primary free and corner kick takers during the 2021 campaign. Her goal at Hartwick proved to be the game winner.
