The Short Story: The Roanoke College women's soccer team dropped their regular-season finale on the road to the Marlins of Virginia Wesleyan. Despite the setback, the Maroons earned the number seven seed in the upcoming ODAC Tournament next week.

  • The Marlins scored a pair of goals in the first half with the game-winner coming at 15:33 and the second goal at 26:34.
  • VWU added two more early in the second half and held on for the 4-0 win.
