All-Academic Teams for the 2020 NCAA Division III Men's Track & Field season were announced on Thursday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). The Roanoke College women were one of 209 programs that were honored for their academic achievements.

The women posted a, cumulative, team GPA of 3.29, making them one of only seven Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) schools to earn the academic honor. To be considered for the award, the team must have a cumulative, team GPA of between 3.1 and 4.0 for all student-athletes that used a season of eligibility.
