The Lead: The Maroons' outdoor women's track & field team took first in four events and placed second in two others at Bridgewater's Doc Jopson Invite.

Women's Highlights:

• Haylee Gamble won the 400m with a time of 1:00.09.
• Hannah Snodgrass finished first in the 100m hurdles in 15.18 seconds.
• The Maroons' 4x400 relay team produced another event win, as Kenna Fox, Taylor Poole, Snodgrass, and Eleanor Hinckley clocked in at 49.17 seconds.
• Roanoke held the top two spots in the shot put. Grace Fowler won the event with a throw of 11.67m, while Claire Kinney's mark of 11.42m was good enough for second place.
• Kim Rodan was the runner-up in the triple jump (10.50m), and she also placed fourth in the high jump (1.53m).
• Fowler also came in fourth in the hammer throw with a distance of 40.65m.
• Kinney placed fifth in both the pole vault (2.81m) and the discus throw (33.12m).
• Ophelia Ladner finished fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:09.66), while Elisabeth Cullen tied for fifth in the javelin (30.23m).
