When the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) released their volleyball all conference awards, Linsey Bailey and Kennedy Clemmer were once again honored as members of the All ODAC teams. Each were named all conference after the 2019 season and returned as honorees after a 2020-21 abbreviated season that would see the Maroons finish fourth in the conference.

Bailey, a junior outside hitter, made the All ODAC first team for the third consecutive season in additon to being named the 2018 ODAC Volleyball Rookie of the Year. This season, Bailey eclipsed the 1,000 kill mark for her career. For the season she was second in the league with 168 kills and her 4.10 kills per set topped the ODAC statistical rankings.

Clemmer, a sophomore defensive specialist and libero, made the All ODAC second team after being a third team selection in 2019. In just 10 matches and 41 sets, Clemmer finished third in the conference with 229 digs. She was the only player in the conference to average more than five digs per set when she posted an average of 5.59 digs per set while ranking fifth with 21 service aces.
