MAROON FUND FOR EXCELLENCE

Gifts to the AD’s Fund for Excellence allow Roanoke’s athletics director to address areas of highest priority, launch new initiatives, and take advantage of strategic opportunities across the entire athletics program.  Areas in which these gifts are invested include:

• Facilities - Strategic upgrades, feasibility studies for new projects
• Visibility - Video upgrades, radio, campus branding, web-based marketing initiatives
• Analytics - Access to critical national data on peers and salaries
• Gender Equity – Support for teams to insure gender equity
• Advancement – Funding for stewardship events
• Professional Development – Growth opportunities for key staff
