Four Field Hockey Players Earn All-ODAC Honors

SALEM, Va. --- Four field hockey players earned All-ODAC honors announced on Friday afternoon. Lindsay Paz earned her second-straight First-Team All-ODAC honors. Leeanne Clark earned All-ODAC Second-Team while Shawna Poole and Mariah Vierti was voted Honorable Mention All-ODAC.
 
Paz, a senior goalkeeper, broke her own saves record on the final game of the year vs. Randolph-Macon (185). She had three games with over 20 saves, including a season-high 27 vs. RMC (10/20). She earned a shutout vs. Shenandoah (10/9). Paz finished with a .808 save percentage. Paz wrapped up her career as the school's all-time leader in career saves (707).
 
Clark, a senior wing, led the team in goals (5), and points with 12. She had a multi-goal game vs .Sweet Briar (9/18). She scored a goal in four-straight games. Clark finished her career with 33 goals, eight assists and 74 points. 
 

Poole, a sophomore defender, had six defensive saves on the year. She started all 14 games played. She helped the Maroons to a 3-11 record.  Vierti, a sophomore forward, scored three goals this season.
