The Lead: Guilford topped Roanoke 73-57 Wednesday evening in ODAC Men's Basketball action.

 How it Happened:

• Roanoke was paced by John Caldwell who had 18 points and seven rebounds. C.J. Miles added 15 points, while Dustin Hassell had nine points and John Fitchett had six points.
• Dominique Henderson led three Quakers in double-figures with a game-high 19 points. Mason Reyer finished with 13 points and Alston Thompson chipped in with 12.
• RC finished the game shooting 37.7% from the field as the Maroons made 20-of-53 shots on the night. Roanoke made 10 three pointers and dished out eight assists as a team.
• Guilford shot 44.4% in the win, connecting on 28-of-63 shots from the field, including 11 three-pointers. The Quakers won the battle on the glass 41-34, led by game-high eight rebounds from Henderson and Zachary Houston.
• Guilford led 24-15 after Caldwell made a layup with 6:30 to go in the half. The Quakers then scored 12 unanswered points with a Marcus Curry bucket capping the run and making the score 36-15 with 2:36 to play in the first-half.                                                                                                                                                                     
• The Maroons outscored the Quakers 35-34 in the second half but were unable to cut into the GC lead.
