SALEM, Va. – Roanoke College senior Josh Freund has been named to the D3hoops.com All-South Region team that was announced on Monday.

Freund was named Second-Team All-South Region after a season in which he was named First-Team All-ODAC for the second consecutive year. 

He finished his final season averaging 18.3 points per game to go along with 10.7 rebounds per game. He also finished second in the conference in field goal percentage (60.6), first in field goals made (192), second in total points (493) and rebounds per game (10.7). 

Freund scored in double figures in all 27 of Roanoke's games and had 15 double-doubles on the season. 

For his career, Freund finished with 1,415 points. He was a First-Team All-ODAC choice and the ODAC Player of the Year in 2018.
