Men's and Women's Basketball Games Moved to Bast Center Gym

The Roanoke College men's and women's basketball games on Saturday, Jan. 14 have both been moved to the Bast Center Gym after a burst pipe in the Cregger Center caused damage to the gym floor.

Athletic Director Scott Allison said a pipe burst in the Cregger Center during extremely cold temperatures over winter break, causing water damage to one end of the gym floor. For the safety of the athletes, both of this weekend's games have been moved.

The women basketball game against Randolph is still scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, while the men's game against Shenandoah is still scheduled for 4:30 p.m.

If repairs to the floor are anticipated to cause a venue change for future athletic events, those details will be shared as soon as they are available.
