2015: Competed in eight cross country races for the Maroons during his sophomore year... finished third in the 9.6k race at Roanoke-Emory & Henry Relay Challenge (9/1) with a time of 28:48.0... placed second at the Maroon Invitational (9/19) in the 8k race with a time of 29:12.3... at the S/SE DIII Regional Preview he placed fourth in the 8k race with a time of 26:45.4.
2014: participated in seven meets... achieved season-best time of 27:56.1 at the Berry College Invitational (10/18)... placed 29th in ODAC Championship (11/1)... placed 99th in the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/15).
High School: finished in the top-20 for PIAA AAA 4x800 relay... District XI AAA 7th Place PIAA 800m... Lehigh Valley third-place in the 1600m while attending Emmaus High School.
