The third-ranked Generals held the Maroons off the scoreboard on Thursday with a 7-0 win in Lexington. Roanoke now sits at 5-2 on the season, 0-1 in ODAC play, while W&L improved to 9-2, winning their eighth straight ODAC match.

In doubles action, the Generals took all three matchups by an 8-0 score, while in singles, Roanoke managed to take six games, but fell in every match.

On Friday, Roanoke travels to Greensboro to take on Guilford College at 3:30.
