The Short Story: Cooper Neeble led the Roanoke College men's cross country team to a fourth-place finish at the 2022 Hornet Harrier Invitational hosted by Shenandoah. Zoe Dunlap led the women with a 14th-place finish. The course will be the same course for the 2022 ODAC Cross Country Championships.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Neeble finished the 8k course in fourth with a time of 27:23.3. Chamberlain Zulauf finished eighth in a time of 27:32.6. More than 100 runners competed in the event.
• As a team, the men finish in fourth place.
• Dunlap finished in the top 15 with a time of 25:52.5 on the 6k course.
• As a team, the women finished sixth.

• Roanoke will be back on the cross-country trails on Friday, October 7 when they travel to Charlotte, North Carolina for the Royals Cross Country Challenge.
