Neurohr started all 14 games as a freshman in 1978, en route to the Lacrosse National Championship and helped return the Maroons to NCAA Tournament in 1979. 

In 1980 he was named team captain and earned All-American recognition as a junior.  The following season, he led the Maroons to a third trip to NCAA Tournament in 1981.  He was named team captain and All-American for the second-straight season.   He also received the C. Markland Kelly Memorial Award Winner and participated in the annual North-South All-Star Game.  He finished with a then-record for career saves with 498.  He is now seventh on that list.
