2016: Competed in four meets for the Maroons during his junior year... at the 2016 Adidas Winthrop University Invitational (3/24-3/26) set a personal best time of 16:10.61 in the 5,000-meter run... set a personal best in the 10,000-meter run at the ODAC Track & Field Championships with a time of 32:58.31 and finish in fifth place.
2015: Competed in three meets... finished 4th in the 5000m at the Roanoke College Track and Field Invitational (3/21)... placed 15th in the 5000m at the ODAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (4/17-4/18)... earned a spot on the Spring 2015 Dean's List of Distinguished Students.
2014: Competed in four meets... finished 15th in the 5000m at the ODAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (4/18-4/19)... named to the ODAC All-Academic Team
