A two-sport star while at Roanoke, Munsey was also a member of the Monogram Club.
Performed as a tailback for the Maroon football team and was a member of the basketball team as well.
Munsey was a long-term Athletic Director at Pine Crest School in Florida and compiled an outstanding list of accomplishments over the course of his career.
Has been voted "Football Coach of the Year," "Baseball Coach of the Year," and "Basketball Coach of the Year."
In 1974, he was named Athletic Director of the Year in the state of Florida. His peers awarded him the Bering Award for teacher excellence.
